Agnes Schaumann is the owner and managing partner of Schaumann & Partners based in Vienna. Together with her husband Michael Schaumann, she set up the executive search consultancy in 2008, where she has worked as an authorized signatory since 2015. In September 2023, she took over and she has continued to successfully manage the company, following the death of her husband.

Agnes studied journalism and communication sciences at the University of Vienna in combination with business administration at WU Vienna. She also studied at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She has worked and lived in New York, Madrid and London and has been active in the advertising industry, fundraising and sponsorship for many years.

Not least because of her systemic coaching training, Agnes is an empathetic sparring partner on equal footing.

She is a passionate business developer, fosters an exceptionally large network of professionals and contributes expertise and passion to the area of “female leadership” and executive assessments.

Social engagement is a matter close to Agnes's heart. She supports Springboard Vienna as a non-executive board member. The association's overarching goal is to support and promote young people from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds in order to facilitate their path into professional life and their integration into society.
